The Maxprotectke Academy develops high-potential candidates into trained pest-management technicians and pest-management sales professionals.
Candidates may choose between two pathways:
Sales Academy
For candidates who want a career in pest-management sales and commercial growth but require Maxprotectke industry and sales training.
Successful Academy completion does not automatically guarantee employment with Maxprotectke.
Graduates who meet the required standards may be considered for available Maxprotectke positions or placement opportunities with other participating companies.

Step 1
Training
In-Person: 1 week. Online: ~2 weeks self-paced plus live drills.
Step 2
Nesting
In-Person: 1 week. Online: ~2 weeks virtual nesting. Students who don’t pass get one extended week.
Step 3
Internship
Students who pass join the next batched internship intake, on fixed intake dates.
Step 4
Outcome
Employment with MaxProtectKE or a partner company, or work as a commission agent.
